I always book the earliest appointment with the hope of getting in and out quickly. I have yet to receive service in a timely manner. Today I came in to get my snow tires which are on rims put on. I watch my car sit in the spot I left it in for 45mins after my scheduled appointment time. After that it took 1.5-2 hours to put on my tires. This is absolutely ridiculous! This is not the 1st time this has occurs. It is constant The only reason I continue to return is because the store my tires for free. If I had the room to store my own tires I would not come here. They are very inconsiderate of your time. Please clear your schedule for them. I do not recommend Kia West. More

Faster oil change! Came in for an oil change. It took a long time last time we were here. This time around I was in and out in under 40 minutes. So, pretty happy abou Came in for an oil change.
