2nd time , they forgot to reset the meter for the reminder for the next service. I have waited 3hours for the service, then when they returned my car, holy cow , they forgot to reset the meter for the reminder for the next service. I have waited 3hours for the service, then when they returned my car, holy cow, they didn’t even vacuum the the back seats or wipe the dashboard. The girl told me “we don’t normally clean the trunk”. Hello it is not a trunk, as I would consider, it is a Kia Sorento with folded down seats. Waste of time and not a great service! I would consider going to a different shop. Now i have to go back again for them To reset my meter, so annoying. More

Horrible Customer Service Came here to buy Soul EV in January 2019 and false promises were made. BEWARE that they don't adhere to the promotions posted on their website. The report from the other Kia store who found out the problem says: "ENGINE OIL DRAIN PLUG IS NOT IN THE OIL PAN AND SITTING ON THE SKIDPLATE" How could that happen??? Where is the quality of work here??? More

There was no point driving out to Coquitlam from the north shore without being able to give me a price on my trade in, but still trying to get me to the dealership and waste money and time when I already explained the situation. Not very impressed with the whole customer service when you don't listen to you're customer. Re: follow up from management Jordan Thanks for the follow-up in regards to my great customer service experience. NOT! Talked to Jordan to only get more annoyed at the fact that he said he would be a few seconds to get back to me, with an hour and a half passing with a reminder from me to get a response with lol being the first thing in response to me saying that took quite a bit... Wow is all I can say!!! Definitely never dealing with kia West again! Disappointing really... You would think customer service should be priority... Not with these guys... Kia's are great cars.. too bad the people trying to sell them don't match their quality! If there was an option for 0 stars they certainly deserve it! More

Service warranty repair. I bought my vehicle a year ago, the airbag light on dash keep turning on and off, the service advisor told me to bring my vehicle when it turn ON to d I bought my vehicle a year ago, the airbag light on dash keep turning on and off, the service advisor told me to bring my vehicle when it turn ON to diagnose the problem, he said, no need to book an appointment to solve the issue. Everything is ok now and fixed. I really love my Kia, best vehicle, best dealership. Great service, highly recommended. More
