I am always hesitant going into a dealership, more so with my guard up especially being a women but there was just a great vibe when I went to Kia Wes I am always hesitant going into a dealership, more so with my guard up especially being a women but there was just a great vibe when I went to Kia West. I was greeted promptly, not attacked and asked questions that really helped me figure out what I wanted and NEEDED! I came in with liking the Rio but realized that for my needs an SUV would be better and went with a Sportage. Great customer service! Got approved To my surprise I got approved on a 2012 veloster. It took about a month but Robin was patient and helped me alot. They also put me in a loaner until I was approved and ready to sign. Joe from insurance was very helpful. Also thank you to Jenny Eliazian, Jordan and Dan in service for finding me the best car for my budget. I was able to get a 2 yrs warranty so I'm not stressing as I need my vehicle for my job and can't afford to have any mechanical issues. I was told if anything happens as it's a used vehicle they will make sure I get a loaner and they will fix any problems . I look forward to getting a new kia sportage when my credit gets better. Although the stinger is pretty badass! I am very happy I went with kia West and how they treated me. So thank you guys! #Kiawestrocks! My back up camera is still not working but I was assured they will fix it. Otherwise I'm loving my new car. Too be honest the process could have been so much more stressful. It's my first time financing a car and I was very nervous but everyone was straight forward and I believe got the best deal I could. I think any other dealership would have made things harder especially in my situation. More
