I just baught a Honda Civic from this dealership and I am very pleased with the whole experience. Everybody I talked to was very respectful and friendly. I couldn't actually go to the dealership to test drive the car, so they actually kindly drove it to my location so I can test drive it. Also they delivered it to me to my city, which is about 45 mins drive from their dealership. I doubt there is any other dealership that would care for the customer enough to do that. I also got a very good deal on the car so it was pretty awesome. I would definitely recommend going through this dealership if you want a reasonable price and respectful and friendly staff. More

I bought my Kia over a year ago and due to the hours the dealership is open and the service I received I keep coming back for service. There has been times where the vehicle has taken longer than anticipate dealership is open and the service I received I keep coming back for service. There has been times where the vehicle has taken longer than anticipated to be fixed, other times it is finished earlier. Even though the last visit I had took longer than expected the staff at Georgetown Kia were very friendly and with the comfortable waiting area and wifi I hadn't taken too much notice to it. Both me and my gf prefer dealing with Ante when coming to the dealership for service. He explains everything clearly and tries his best to make you feel comfortable and an important customer, he also would put anything else on hold to get you started and finish up paperwork and not tie you up while answering the phone or talking to other members. That is the main reason I ranked this dealership so high, good job Kia of Georgetown and I look forward to my visit sometime in May. More
