We saw a car on-line and stopped in on a Sunday on our way home, hoping to see the car in the lot. We were pleasantly surprised to find the dealership open on a Sunday afternoon. Chris was very knowledgeable and friendly, and went the extra mile to meet our needs. After some negotiations with Chris and Tom, we signed the deal that same afternoon. We arranged to pickup our vehicle on Tuesday. Although Chris was not in at that time,(every body needs a day off) he had all the paperwork ready, with license plates etc ready. This was handled with ease by Bryce. We found all the staff to be very friendly, knowledgeable and "going the extra mile". We would definately recommend this dealership. Good experience all the way. I have had my sorento in there repeatedly over the last 6 weeks for various service requests including a hood deflector (they installed a damaged one)and a leather seat repair and a hitch installment, which weeks for various service requests including a hood deflector (they installed a damaged one)and a leather seat repair and a hitch installment, which to this day have still not been completed, for various reasons each time. Every one I have dealt with at Georgetown Kia is very friendly and happy to offer many promises, but nothing ever gets done. Today was now the 4th day my vehicle has been in the shop to have these two items correctly installed. Again, I was promised my vehicle today, but when I called Kia, I was told the service dept had gone home for the day and my vehicle was still not finished. Another promise broken; another day without my vehicle! In the short time, I have owned my Kia, I have enjoyed the vehicle, but have never experienced such dreadful customer service as I have seen from Georgetown Kia. I would definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone!!! More
