We recently purchased our new (used)vehicle from Georgetown Kia and had a wonderful experience with the whole team. The decision to drive from Pickering to Georgetown just to test drive the vehicle Georgetown Kia and had a wonderful experience with the whole team. The decision to drive from Pickering to Georgetown just to test drive the vehicle was tough due to the weather and the time we were available to get there (one and a half hours). Chris Guidotti told us that he would make the trip worth it...he was right!! We finished the test drive 20 minutes before closing and the team, Chris, Wayne and the manager did not rush us as we made the decision to buy the vehicle. Their patience through the whole purchasing process and our many questions was greatly appreciated. The team stayed well after closing to ensure our satisfaction. They were incredibly friendly and offered honest advice and recommendations to protect our new vehicle. When we picked up the vehicle, it was, yet again, a wonderful experience. I was pressed for time to locate, test drive and purchase a dependable vehicle after being involved in an accident. I attended Georgetown Kia to test drive numerous vehicles and was pleasantly surprised to be introduced to Jay Khanna, a very knowledgable salesman. We test drove numerous vehicles and he helped me locate a SUV that was perfectly suited for my line of work. The sale was handled in a professional manner in approximately two business days. I was looking for an SUV for about 6 months and had probrably test drove almost everything on the market. Georgtown Kia had an amazing deal on a 2012 Kia Sorrento, which I had never really thought abou probrably test drove almost everything on the market. Georgtown Kia had an amazing deal on a 2012 Kia Sorrento, which I had never really thought about, but for the price, it was worth checking out. I was pleasantly surprised at how courteous the sales team was to deal with over the phone and in person(Bryce & Chris). They were also not pushy, which is very common at used car dealerships. The Sorrento drove well and had alot of space which being a new mom, I really needed as my current car couldn't keep up. The dealer installed a sunroof and DVD player an as I really wanted a vehicle, with those items(Extra cost). I am a very picky person and have to say the sunroof and DVD player were installed perfectly. You can't even tell the sunroof is after market. The finance advisor (Molsen) was also very good to deal with as he didn't try to over sell me on warranties or other items I didn't need, which I personally find very irritating. Overall the whole experiance was almost flawless except for a one small thing. The car I purchased didn't have two sets of keys and the dealership didn't tell me until I picked up the car. They obviously knew it upset me but the very next day they went the extra step to retrieve the second set of keys from the previuos owner, to ensure I was fully satisfied with my purchase. This is definately great customer service. I would only make one small suggestion and advise handing pocket covers for insurance and ownership, as you usually receive this from other dealers when purchasing a car. More

I just baught a Honda Civic from this dealership and I am very pleased with the whole experience. Everybody I talked to was very respectful and friendly. I couldn't actually go to the dealership to test driv very pleased with the whole experience. Everybody I talked to was very respectful and friendly. I couldn't actually go to the dealership to test drive the car, so they actually kindly drove it to my location so I can test drive it. Also they delivered it to me to my city, which is about 45 mins drive from their dealership. I doubt there is any other dealership that would care for the customer enough to do that. I also got a very good deal on the car so it was pretty awesome. I would definitely recommend going through this dealership if you want a reasonable price and respectful and friendly staff. More
