Since the very beginning of buying a new car from this dealership in 2012 it has been nothing but one giant headache. From initially being sold a car that was not available (without being told this) to th dealership in 2012 it has been nothing but one giant headache. From initially being sold a car that was not available (without being told this) to then having to buy a different model then originally sold (up-sell) and finding out after 6 months that the promised mileage is not even close to actual mileage do I then go in for a routine service at 25000 km to be told i have a seized brake and its not going to be covered is why I will never buy another car from this dealership and will not recommend it to anyone. The only thing going for this dealership in my experience is that they are at least friendly while they aren't listening to your needs but instead seeing dollar signs. More

We recently purchased our new (used)vehicle from Georgetown Kia and had a wonderful experience with the whole team. The decision to drive from Pickering to Georgetown just to test drive the vehicle Georgetown Kia and had a wonderful experience with the whole team. The decision to drive from Pickering to Georgetown just to test drive the vehicle was tough due to the weather and the time we were available to get there (one and a half hours). Chris Guidotti told us that he would make the trip worth it...he was right!! We finished the test drive 20 minutes before closing and the team, Chris, Wayne and the manager did not rush us as we made the decision to buy the vehicle. Their patience through the whole purchasing process and our many questions was greatly appreciated. The team stayed well after closing to ensure our satisfaction. They were incredibly friendly and offered honest advice and recommendations to protect our new vehicle. When we picked up the vehicle, it was, yet again, a wonderful experience. I was pressed for time to locate, test drive and purchase a dependable vehicle after being involved in an accident.
