I am the proud new owner of a 2013 Kia Sorento Ex!!! When the guys at the dealership read my review, they will laugh. I am a demanding customer to say the least and the Kia Team put the right people together, to ensure that my needs were met. From our great laughs about our terrible two year olds and our indepth conversations about providing good customer service - they personalized my experience. I was not just another number, I was a person that they new had specific needs and they did everything to meet and excede my expectations. This may sound like a small thing, however when I walked out to get into my brand new car, the sign read in the window "Sold to Jessica". I dont know about anyone out there reading this review, however I sure have never seen anything but merely a "sold" sign hanging from a vehicle at a dealership. They had a tough nut to crack and they did it with flying colours!!! I have and will be recommending friends, family and colleagues to this dealership!! Thanks Guys, I will be back.............. More

I arrived at the dealer Saturday Feb 9th the day after a huge snow storm so it was tricky to get the cars out of the lot I wanted to look at...Ben was very accommodating and got the car out I was intereste huge snow storm so it was tricky to get the cars out of the lot I wanted to look at...Ben was very accommodating and got the car out I was interested in and we took for test drive..Very friendly and professional. Since the very beginning of buying a new car from this dealership in 2012 it has been nothing but one giant headache. From initially being sold a car that was not available (without being told this) to th dealership in 2012 it has been nothing but one giant headache. From initially being sold a car that was not available (without being told this) to then having to buy a different model then originally sold (up-sell) and finding out after 6 months that the promised mileage is not even close to actual mileage do I then go in for a routine service at 25000 km to be told i have a seized brake and its not going to be covered is why I will never buy another car from this dealership and will not recommend it to anyone. The only thing going for this dealership in my experience is that they are at least friendly while they aren't listening to your needs but instead seeing dollar signs. More
