The sales people were VERY friendly and there was none of the typical "salesman pressure" to buy anything. Ben Harper was more than accomodating when we took our time and went on a few test drives. I felt very comfortable with the whole experience. The only "negative" aspect was when we went to pick up the car a few days later. My original appointment was for 5:00pm but I was asked to reschedule for 6:00 because they were short-handed. Not a big deal, but it was almost 7:30 before we got to sit down with anyone and then was after 8:30pm before we were finished. I will say though that the salesman we did work with that night (Brian Penner) was excellent. A really nice guy to work with. More
