Overall experience shopping at Georgetown Kia was pleasing. Everyone that worked with me in order to get the deal closed was very professional. I was a little disappointed with Ken as a Sales Man pleasing. Everyone that worked with me in order to get the deal closed was very professional. I was a little disappointed with Ken as a Sales Manager, his comments made were very condescending and left a bad taste in my mouth. Luckily his other staff members were there to take up the slack, I am glad they did or I would have gone next door to Toyota and I'd be driving a Highlander now. I would definitely return to Georgetown Kia to car shop. More

The moment we stepped in the door we were greeted by Chris, he was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. He showed us exactly what we asked for and when it came down to making the deal Chris Chris, he was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. from the first step we took onto the lot we were greeted by friendly professional staff. we talked about a used car at the beginning then rob and Adrian suggested for the amount we were willing to spend we by friendly professional staff. we talked about a used car at the beginning then rob and Adrian suggested for the amount we were willing to spend we could buy new with the options we wanted. we gave a price as our limit and were informed that the car we tested would be available however when we came back several days later we were informed that that model was thousands more than originally suggested. We negotiated and in the end came up with a compromise which satisfied all parties. Initially I was angry at being led on (at our age we were buying cars before any of them were born, however after taking a breath this was just the way All DEALERS HAVE WORKED SINCE THE BEGINNING OF TIME. In the end the whole staff were great and I would recommend them to my family and friends. More

After visiting other Kia dealerships, I must say we began to really hate the experience of buying a new car. We felt like we were being had, especially at 1 dealership where the price continued to climb the to really hate the experience of buying a new car. I'm glad we did because it was such a different experience. The staff were very friendly, answered all of our questions and we got a good price! Shortly after purchasing our 2013 Kia Sorento, we had a slight issue with the a/c hose. I called them right away and right away they took the car in for servicing and corrected the problem. I also received several courtesy calls afterward which was nice to know they cared. One thing is for sure their customer service is excellent!! I would definitely recommend Cameron and Georgetown Kia to any of my friends and family!! Definitely worth the drive! More

Georgetown Kia made my very complicated situation a very smooth, stress free and joyful experience. Mohsin Hydari is a very dedicated and honest employee and made me feel very comfortable and genuinely was available to help me rather than the feeling you get at most dealerships that they are only worried about their commission and making money. I had a trade in with a huge negative equity which had to be carried over to the vehicle I was purchased and Mohsin along with many others at Georgetown Kia did everything possible to make this happen for me without putting me over budget. My experience with Georgetown Kia, specifically Cameron Ernst, was outstanding. The level of customer service and professionalism goes second to no one. The background of my purchase: My mother purchas Ernst, was outstanding. The level of customer service and professionalism goes second to no one. The background of my purchase: My mother purchased a brand new Kia soul from another dealership and left feeling ripped off. It got worse and worse as she figured out what other Kia owners were paying for their cars. My fiancee purchased a brand new Kia Rio from another dealership and you felt the mood shift once the papers were signed. It was that feeling of "We've got them, lets now move on to the next". This feeling was validated during our first visit back to the dealership where we were brushed off for her car having a major pull to the right. (Let the steering wheel go and you could almost make a right turn). Dont worry Rio owners, it ended up being the winter tires we purchased somewhere else. Now it was my turn...We really enjoy the Kia cars but so far have hated the service. I was rightfully nervous walking in to another Kia dealership however right from the start this experience felt much different. Even to the point where the floor manager approached to get us a drink of coffee or water. Im not going to get into the detail of my specific transaction however i will say that the deal was closed on a 2013 Kia Soul in red. At any moment i would have walked had i felt the way we did with the other dealerships. I dont live in Georgetown but would spend the extra gas money to buy from them any day. More
