Overall experience shopping at Georgetown Kia was pleasing. Everyone that worked with me in order to get the deal closed was very professional. Luckily his other staff members were there to take up the slack, I am glad they did or I would have gone next door to Toyota and I'd be driving a Highlander now. We negotiated and in the end came up with a compromise which satisfied all parties. Initially I was angry at being led on (at our age we were buying cars before any of them were born, however after taking a breath this was just the way All DEALERS HAVE WORKED SINCE THE BEGINNING OF TIME. In the end the whole staff were great and I would recommend them to my family and friends. More

After visiting other Kia dealerships, I must say we began to really hate the experience of buying a new car. We felt like we were being had, especially at 1 dealership where the price continued to climb the to really hate the experience of buying a new car. I'm glad we did because it was such a different experience. The staff were very friendly, answered all of our questions and we got a good price! Shortly after purchasing our 2013 Kia Sorento, we had a slight issue with the a/c hose. I called them right away and right away they took the car in for servicing and corrected the problem. I also received several courtesy calls afterward which was nice to know they cared. One thing is for sure their customer service is excellent!! I would definitely recommend Cameron and Georgetown Kia to any of my friends and family!! Definitely worth the drive! More
