Chris and Mike were very helpful and pleasure to deal with during the whole sales cycle. Michelle Vest was very friendly as well and helpful, providing alternatives and options with respect to financial matters. And she didn't try to sell me rustproofing (big plus!), presenting other options in an informative way....again, not pushy. Only negative was the car pick up. Chris' previous appointment went long (1 hour) and I was waiting all that time. Understandable, but nevertheless, regrettable. Overall though, this was not a major issue. I would come back. I would recommend to others. More
I bought used 2011 Sorento from Georgetown Kia and here is my experience. I started my inquiry with an email, which was promptly replied by Chris Hughes. I followed up with few more emails, which were also responded promptly. I then visited the dealer for a test drive. I met Chris and he was nice and calm and I did not feel any sales pressure from him. He already had the car ready for test drive and let me test drive it for as long as I liked and answered all my questions to satisfaction. I really liked the car, so we sat down for price negotiations. Unlike my few other dealer experience which would leave me waiting, tired and frustrated while the sales person went back and forth to their managers only to come back with more disappointments, after only one such trip, the sales manager Ken came out to negotiate directly with me. We haggled on the car price and the trade-in value, but it was all very civil. We came to an agreement fairly quickly, obviously I didn't get everything I wanted and also ended up accepting an option that I didn't really care for, but as an overall deal, it was more than fair and I am quite happy with the deal I got. In all, I am very happy with the overall experience and I would say it was the best dealer experience I had thus far. They were prompt, no pressure and no stress negotiation, if they keep this up, I think they will do very well. More
I went in to test drive a used Maserati Spyder. I made it clear that I was also going to be test driving another car. They were initially fine and no pressure on that which was great. I was told that there was a multipoint inspection done on the car and so I asked for this report, repeatedly, through e-mail and verbally, and was never provided it. The same with CarFax - I was told they could fax it to me but I repeatedly told them that I needed it emailed as I was travelling - as an aside, who actually uses fax machines anymore? In the end after a few frustrating days of e-mail exchanges that were not answering my requests, I made a very straight forward proposition: "1. Email me the Carfax report. 2. Email me the inspection report. 3. Subject to both being approved my offer is $xx,xxx. 4. This offer is good until midnight tomorrow" I did not receive any reply by e-mail or a phone call. During the process I was also told that banks will not finance a car that is more than 6 years old by Sean. This is not true. The car I purchased is an '02 and financed with RBC...and the dealer i bought it from made a broker commission on the financing so were happy to do it. So I bought my second choice. More

I've never met a car salesman that didn't harrass you the moment you closed the door until I met Moshin. I've always been apprehensive about car dealerships / salesmen from previous experiences. Not only was he a pleasure to deal with he managed to surprise me and have the vehicle ready for me on my birthday which was absolutely amazing. If there is an award for Car Salesman he should win it because it takes more than selling cars to be #1, he has it all. Friendliness, amazing manurism, no hassle, informative, likes to make the customer happy not just fill his pockets. I've recommended him to so many friends and family members should they ever have a need for new/used car. An overall friendly, fun experience thanks to Moshin.
