I was to originally deal with Chris, however he was working with a client and Artiom ended up working with me. My experience was fantastic in dealing with Artiom, he wasn't pushy with me (as I do not working with a client and Artiom ended up working with me. My experience was fantastic in dealing with Artiom, he wasn't pushy with me (as I do not like being pushed into something to close the deal asap, if anything it is a turn off and I would walk away) Artiom answered all my questions, and if there was something he couldn't answer right away he was quick to get the answer. My original experience a few years ago was not very good and this time around I just can't say enough good things to how I was treated by Artiom, Chris and Michelle who handled the financing piece. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle or a trade-in. More

I came in for an oil change but the techs found additional issues with my vehicle. Some were warranty and others were not. Holly tried to explain the non-warranty issues and did a good job but Enzo additional issues with my vehicle. Some were warranty and others were not. Holly tried to explain the non-warranty issues and did a good job but Enzo added extra comments that helped me to understand the pricing and amount of work required behind each of the services. This provided me with the value added I needed to say yes to the services. However I would have authorized them anyway as Holly is a pleasure to work with. She is always smiling and in a great mood....something that I cannot always say is true with Rodney. More

During my visit at the kia dealer ship I found my experience to be very worthwhile. Chris Guidotti was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process of buying a new truck. Kaz was extremely professional and helpful throughout the purchase of our vehicle. This dealership went WAY beyond in an effort to find me a replacement for my previous Kia (which I also bought from Cameron), which was written off by the insurance company after an accident. It was a stres replacement for my previous Kia (which I also bought from Cameron), which was written off by the insurance company after an accident. It was a stressful time but they not only got me a replacement car but they guided me through the process of dealing with the bank and insurance company to close out the previous loan. That peace of mind, knowing my dealer is willing to take the time to help me through the process, is worth the half-hour drive from my home in Brampton. More
