Was entertaining the potential of purchasing a used Cadillac from the dealership, however GM came back with a very attractive proposal to keep us in a lease and in a 2014 model Cadillac. Will say that Cadillac from the dealership, however GM came back with a very attractive proposal to keep us in a lease and in a 2014 model Cadillac. Will say that however that the representatives at the Kia dealership were excellent to deal with and put forth proposals based on our specific needs. Both Artiom and Rob followed up with me, demonstrating a level of professionalism that would certainly have me consider the dealership in the future. More

First time leasing a car. We had issues getting the car we wanted in the time frame we needed it. We caused a fuss about it as any one would and the manager Sean Whitton sorted us out with the higher model we wanted in the time frame we needed it. We caused a fuss about it as any one would and the manager Sean Whitton sorted us out with the higher model car, in the colour we wanted, in only a couple of days. I was still a bit annoyed about the experience I had and Sean contacted me, and also sorted me out with some new winter tires for our Rio. My wife has no complaints about her new car and im happy that shes happy. Sean turned a bad situation for us in to a good one with good customer service. More

He took his time to show me few options that will meet both my needs and budget. They offered me a very good price for my trade PLUS I got a free set of new winter tires! Overall experience was excellent and non "pushy". I will definitely be recommending Georgetown Kia to my friends and co-workers.
