Detailed explanations of every document I looked at made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in these three gentlemen, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. When a salesman takes the time to get to know his/her customer and match them with the perfect vehicle, that not only reflects positively on the individuals directly, but it also shows the high standard that Georgetown Kia expects of their employees. Customer service and friendliness were top notch! The guys had me laughing. There was no big pressure which was excellent. purchased a vehicle, less then a week later called them to advise that the first gear on the vehicle pops out 40% of the time, it has happened when making a left turn causing the vehicle to stop in the mid to advise that the first gear on the vehicle pops out 40% of the time, it has happened when making a left turn causing the vehicle to stop in the middle of the intersection, which has put myself and more importantly my 2 year old in danger. At first I was brushed off and the answer I got was "It's ok the first gear pops out but the second gear is fine and that they will not do anything about it" Only after calling Car Nation and complaining to take legal action that the used car manager calls me back and tell me to drop it off for the entire day without providing a replacement vehicle that they will look into it. After an experience like that I wouldn't let them put air in my bicycle. So I took it to Dixie Chrysler and they took care of the problem and the great service that I got from those guys, I didn't care that it cost me money to fix the issue. More
