Ken was very friendly, very helpful. Any questions I had he answered with full detail. I work a lot and he was able to work around my schedule and a week later I drove my car home you could tell that during the process he kept my best interest in mind! And still continues to keep it in mind overall I was extremely pleased with not only the level of service the trust level between him and a client he was vary straight forward.
