Georgetown Kia

This is now my 4th vehicle I have purchased from Gtown Kia, this experience was awful, by far my worst car experience in my life! I will NEVER be back to this location. I was able to have Ken and Moshin Kia, this experience was awful, by far my worst car experience in my life! I will NEVER be back to this location. I was able to have Ken and Moshin deal with me after sending a rather disappointing email to Ken and at that point I was attempting to cancel my purchase. I returned to this location as I have been loyal for my last 3 car purchases and thought I would be treated as such. This was in no way the case. Ken and Moshin were fine to deal with, but that was simply a band aid to my already horrible experience. Any assistance they were able to provide after the fact did not outweigh my experience. I will not ever be back to this location to purchase another car, not even for future services I may require. I will not recommend the location either to anyone. More

From the online inquiry to the reception upon our arrival the staff was very friendly and sympathetic to my plight, the fact that my daughter had overturned my car and I was now without a vehicle. The car that I had inquired about after seeing it online was ready for me to test drive, as was another car that they thought I might be interested in, despite the fact that it had been very snowy the day before. It was unfortunate that I did not find a car on hand that met my budget and mileage needs for I felt very confident and trusting of the two salesmen I dealt with and would have liked to have purchased my vehicle there. I would certainly return and will do so when I am next looking for a vehicle. More

This Kia location (next to Honda), are an awesome team! A few years ago didn't have a good experience with the other location but this location sure made up for it! They listened to my needs and worked with few years ago didn't have a good experience with the other location but this location sure made up for it! They listened to my needs and worked within my budget. Adam Kahhale went above and beyond even hooking up my phone to my car and explaining how it works. I have dealt with the parts people a couple times now and they too go above and beyond. I purchased mats for my vehicle and I believe it was Enzo who went out and put them in for me. On another occassion I needed a part for my hatch and he too came outside and installed it for me. While Adam was working on getting the last of the paper work for me, the rep, Chris Hughes who sits next to Adam, helped me with my new remote starter, even came outside tin the cold to give me a crash course teaching me the fob and remote starter. Ken Shappert worked with me to come to an agreement with the extras I needed on my car so that I could still work within my budget and work the numbers with me. I had a very pushy friend come in with me who was relentless in trying to get me the best deal and the poor guys including Ken, kept smiling, kept calm whereas if I was in their shoes, don't think I could have been. Way to go guys for keeping your cool and even got some laughs in there! Moshin handled the finance application with ease, explained everthing very clear and answered all my questions. We didn't leave the dealership till 9pm yet Mohsin, called me after hours to tell my my loan was approved on the same night. From the receptionist to the staff and management, all I can say is Thank you for truly going above and beyond. From Adam going out in the cold without a jacket to put on the plates with me and for being so patient with me with all the thousand questions I had about the car and its functions and replying quickly to my emails. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone! I've owned a Kia prior to this purchase and love the Kia Brand and to have such a friendly dealership right here in town is all the more reason to shop right here in town at Kia on Guelph St. More
