I visited Georgetown Kia looking for a vehicle to follow the Sedona we had purchased there in 2006. We weren't 100% sure of what size of vehicle to move to and spent a fair bit of time trying out the vario the Sedona we had purchased there in 2006. Chris was a friendly, knowledgable and patient sales rep to work with as I identified our family's needs and continued the search for a suitable vehicle. Considering new and pre-owned vehicles in a variety of sizes meant that Chris showed me a lot of cars and had to go on several test drives around Georgetown! Thanks to him I was able to take the time to figure out what I really needed in a vehicle and what features I had enjoyed in my Sedona. I am now the happy owner of a pre-owned Sorento with some style! I am very happy with my purchase and enjoyed the whole experience of purchasing from Chris and the staff at Georgetown Kia. They contacte me by email and phone to notify me of a promotion theyr were having. Although I was not necessarily in the market fo a new car this contact encouraged me to at least check it out. Upon arrival they covered all the information about the promotion and that they were very interested in buying back my Kia Forte (which I was not too happy with anyway). Shondell was extremely pleasant, helpful, thorough and considerate. I truly felt he was trying to look after my best interests. Buying a car can be stressful, but I never for a moment felt pressured or uncomfortable. My wife is in sales and knows what it's like to need to make a sales goal, but even she said that everything the team was offering us was genuinely in my best interest, and the reason I decided to buy that night was because they were always on my page and even one step ahead of making me happy with the deal. Never have I had such great customer service buying a car, and this is my 4th. Shondell was attentive and very accommodating and was out to get me the best price he could, and I was very satisfied with the result.
