Friendly but slow service During our last visit the service provided was good. The staff are helpful and friendly. They also are very knowledgeable about the service and repair During our last visit the service provided was good. The staff are helpful and friendly. They also are very knowledgeable about the service and repairs required. However, the time quoted always misses the mark. When you are there with kids in tow, it becomes slightly frustrating. Also, when the paperwork was incorrect the one staff called the other an idiot, which I felt was uncalled for. I give them a mixed rating this visit. More

Think twice before buying a car from their used "superstore" Not sure whether this dealership pays for reviews or just simply deletes negatives ones, because their 4.7 star rating blows my mind. After buying 6 vehicles (new and used) in my lifetime, this was most definitely the worst experience. It's a run down dealership, half the cars have 15+ thousand dollar accidents on them, not to mention all of their hidden fees. Aren't dealers supposed to advertise their full amount + HST and other admin fees? From sales to management, pure garbage. No wonder everybody in Georgetown talks very poorly about them! STAY AWAY AND DRIVE ELSEWHERE! More

no pleased reported about a droning sound when the SUV gets between 80 and 100 km. First the mechanic said it was just road noise and when i asked him to che reported about a droning sound when the SUV gets between 80 and 100 km. First the mechanic said it was just road noise and when i asked him to check again, he came back and agreed the noise was there and rotated the wheels. Noise still there so I brought the viehicle back in and this time the mechanic said there was a 'nic' in one of the tires which could be causing the noise. The guys at the front desk assured me the tires are safe. I asked which tire had the nic and they did't know. I then asked if they had any spare tires to try and prove their theory and they said they had none. They explained that my only option would be to buy 4 new tires. Seemed a bit excessive so i will look for some used tires to purchase and try out their theory. They then added that i should get another alignment if i get new tires. I went to the parts desk to get an idea of how much , i had to yell over another loud salesperson to someone about 10 feet away to get a price. The parts guys kept upselling me on tires before they even gave me a qoute. Emailed the dealership since i have a Diamond Kote warranty on my tires and they said they 'thought it should be covered but had to ask". then they sent another email saying it wasn;t covered. Glad i bought that. More
