Customer Service received My husband and I were not looking to buy but saw the dealership and a truck we wanted. We met meaghan and all the thing fell in place. oil change wiper replacement HMM all went well but i know nothing will come of this i was a bit disappointing with the outcome of my wiper change...which was a free offer :-) but HMM all went well but i know nothing will come of this i was a bit disappointing with the outcome of my wiper change...which was a free offer :-) but is now going to cost me $91.00 plus installation...when i mentioned to the service rep about the wiper change it was showing on the system that i had requested it and was going to be a freebie, so i left my vehicle came back in about an hour to find out that the wiper arm broke as the mechanic was taking it off :-(...now the part that bugs me is that it was explained to me after the fact that that is normal since the arm is made of plastic and that Chrysler at some point has changed the design of this known problem to a metal type arm if i had known that before hand which the mechanic and the service rep knew about i prob would have opted to not get it done. but alas no one advised me of the possible issue that a well known fact that these arms will break will now cost me $91.00 to fix, so much for my free oil change, speaking of which i belier there is a 2nd one on record somewhere that i will be getting down the road hopefully that one will not end up costing me monies if i ask for something to be done. More
