Conrad is very knowledgeable about vehicles and helped me identify exactly what I was looking for in a car within my price range. Rather than feeling "sold" like I did at other dealerships, I felt Conrad was "helping me buy" which I believe is a big difference. When it came to the price, I compared Conrad's quote with a competing dealership and he had it beat by far, I did not need to negotiate or "move on the price". When I picked up my new VW, Kaitlin was very friendly and efficient with having all the paperwork ready to go. This was my first VW purchase and I would strongly recommend speaking to Conrad and the team at Crosby for your next vehicle! More
