Because the issue I was having with my vehicle was not necessarily a clear and straight forward situation to diagnose - I was initially skeptical about the reception I would get. However, from the the first telephone call to book a service appointment I was impressed by Rachel and her friendly, professional manner. This experience continued through the entire service experience - from the technician I took a road test with to Rachel keeping me posted on the status of my vehicle. Even though my vehicle was in longer than initially promised - I didn't mind considering I appreciated the fact that the intent seemed to be to make sure the vehicle was fixed right. Plus I did have a rental car which obviously reduced the impact of not having my own vehicle. Thanks again to Rachel and the team for taking care of my GTI!! More

Dino was very knowledgeable and thorough in his review of the car and it's features. I was able to test drive the car and was comfortable asking any questions necessary. I was very impressed with the service I received during my time at Crosby's.
