I had previously purchased 2 VWs at Crosby, and those experiences were both quite positive. When I returned this year to buy a GTI, the model and dealership were not in question, so perhaps Conrad had an experiences were both quite positive. But he certainly enhanced the whole process, exhibiting respect and good knowledge, providing extra information about the Wolfsburg Edition which I eventually chose, and patiently handling my questions and delivery timing. Andrea capably handled the business side, providing no-pressure information on aftermarket options, and Kaitlin was very helpful on delivery day, making the pickup a bit of an event!
