Helpful Service Manager Booked a regular maintenance service for Friday morning. At home found the battery dead for the second time and phoned to cancel service job. Centaur Booked a regular maintenance service for Friday morning. At home found the battery dead for the second time and phoned to cancel service job. Centaur had a new battery in stock so it was picked up by me and installed. Noted the parking lights wouldn't turn off, so drove to Centaur for trouble shooting. Service manager agreed to look at it and get it into the shop for a check up. Simple switch issue and the shop fit me in for the missed service job. Thanks guys! If you want respect, treat people respectfully! More

My Outback Subaru has been an amazing car! I am delighted that after 2 years, I can give the same high marks to the service department. They are thorough, they are fast, they are affordable, they are honest and you leave every service appointment knowing that they have done everything that needs to be done without 'up selling' you on things that are not required. I will not be back here. Dishonest and extortionate business I will not be back here. Centaur Subaru is a dishonest and extortionate business. My boyfriend is doing some minor work on my car and needed a part f I will not be back here. Centaur Subaru is a dishonest and extortionate business. My boyfriend is doing some minor work on my car and needed a part from Subaru. They texted him when it was finished and told him my invoice total and he drove down while I was at work. When he arrived at the shop to pay and pick up my bearing he was told that the price had miraculously risen an additional $80 from they had quoted/texted him. They then took the part into the back of the shop until he paid the "new price". After arguing and wasting his own time pointing out how unprofessional it is to hold a customer’s part for ransom, he had no choice but to pay the new amount. He called to speak with someone about a refund and was told they’d be able to refund the extra $80, however that too was clearly a lie, because shortly after that she called back and said they wouldn't. I'm absolutely appalled that he was treated this way. The whole experience speaks volumes about the character of Centaur Subaru and its employees and I will not be doing business at Centaur anymore. I honestly would have given zero stars but you have to give at least one to post a review. More
