September found me once again going to centaur Subaru for my annual service- when I see a good thing I am loyal. And this is an easy efficient place to get my cross trek ready for winter. The staff is pleasant- while the technician serviced my car I was given a courtesy ride to Chinook mall . I was informed that my air filter was filthy and needed replacement- I appreciated being informed and gave my go ahead. I returned to a freshly washed car - oil changed, wipers changed- good price. And yes I stopped and treated myself to their excellent coffee! I’ll be back next year. More

The service staff were excellent, very informative and friendly. My car was ready exactly on time, and even had a bath. The service itself was a fantastic experience. Had my vehicle in for a major service. Everything was great when I picked it up later in the evening. Then on the drive home must have picked up something in the break pads, terrible grin Everything was great when I picked it up later in the evening. Then on the drive home must have picked up something in the break pads, terrible grinding noise that caused some alarm. I called the service department and let them know my concerns and that I’d be bringing it back to make sure everything was ok. The technician stayed late to check everything, test drive it again and make sure nothing was seriously wrong. Turned out to not be a major issue likely sits picked up some road gravel. Great extra effort on the dealerships part. Thanks for putting in the extra time and effort. More
