From my first phone call to picking up my vehicle, the entire process was seamless, quick, and stress-free. Every service advisor I spoke with was fantastic — friendly, polite, professional, respectful, and truly committed to providing excellent customer service. After I explained the issue, the team quickly performed the battery diagnostics, confirmed the battery needed replacement, and had it replaced right away. Since the battery was still under warranty, they handled everything without any hassle or unnecessary back-and-forth, which I really appreciated. On the day of my appointment, I requested if I could add an oil change and routine maintenance service, and the team was able to accommodate it immediately. I received both a phone call and a text message letting me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. Another thing that really stood out was the follow-up phone call I received the next day to make sure everything was working properly and to see if I had any questions. That extra step meant a great deal to me and truly demonstrated their commitment to customer care and satisfaction. What could have been a frustrating experience turned into an incredibly positive one thanks to this amazing team. Very satisfied of the service from the time you entered until the time you leave. Staff are very cordial and sensitive of their customers’ needs. Reception area is well kept even the washroom.
