As you'll remember, we needed the car to drive around Canada to visit a long list of relatives. So we left Ottawa to travel west to Kingston, Toronto and Burlington. Then we headed north-east to Labrador via Baie Comeau. After which we took the dirt road from Goose Bay to Blanc Sablon, then took ferry to the northern peninsula of Newfoundland. 2,000 kilometres without a hitch! We got a shimmy with the wheels after taking the dirt road, were worried that the bearings were worn. But that turned out to be due to gravel that had got into the wheels. Some powerful water squirting soon cleaned that out. Then we hit the moose! It ran in front of the car at a turn of the road. (I think they panic because cars look like sabre-toothed tigers - headlights like glowing eyes, radiator grilles like teeth.) He hit the radiator and broke the plastic fittings around it. Then he bounced up and came down hard on the hood, denting it down 10 centimetres. After which he was flung against the windscreen. Which did not break! What a relief - nobody wants a moose sitting on their lap. He skidded over the roof, fell into the ditch, then stood up and walked away. To our great joy the car still ran perfectly smoothly despite the hammering it had taken, We thought that we might make it all the way to St John's, but at Gander the radiator hose came loose so we got a tow to a repair garage. Mario, you sold us a very good strong car, and we are so pleased with it. Its strength may have saved our lives.You and your mechanics are true professionals. so dissapointed.. my boyfriend and i wanted to buy a second vehicle. we applied for a 2012 ford focus. he put down 1000 dollars and offerd to pay the tax right there on my boyfriend and i wanted to buy a second vehicle. we applied for a 2012 ford focus. he put down 1000 dollars and offerd to pay the tax right there on the spot as well. we were told it would take a few days to get financing approval ...well... it took one month! that's right...one month only to be told our loan was not approved.. not once did anyone take the time to call us to say there was a glitch with the financing, my boyfriend had to call constantly to find out what was going on... to our dissapointment, not only were we refused we were not even offerd a second choice vehicle , they had many cars we could of bought in cash..( something to drive at least until we cleared things with bank) but no..nothing was offerd . we ended up spending a few thousand on another car....at another dealership... More

Mario, the salesperson who helped me was great and didn't try to squize .every bit of money I got. Got a good deal on my car and I'm overall happy. On a day of delivery I stupidly left a suitcase full of money on their lawn,next to my old car.Realized it was gone only after I drove away to work. I called Mario and he located the bag (luckily it was still there) in a sec and returned it to me. Crazy story, but all true. I recommend you pay a visit to this dealer if you looking for a car.
