I had the pleasure of working with Super Mario while searching for a car for my daughter this summer, and I must say, his service was exceptional. Mario went above and beyond in every aspect of the car- searching for a car for my daughter this summer, and I must say, his service was exceptional. Mario went above and beyond in every aspect of the car-buying process. He provided a detailed description of the Acura RDX ensuring we understood every feature and benefit. Moreover, he personally accompanied us on a thorough test drive, which was incredibly informative and reassuring. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication and most importantly his big smile made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Super Mario for anyone in the market for a vehicle—his commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets him apart. More

I brought the car for the Service department to have a look, and they told me the pads and rotors were changed and there was nothing they could do. I insisted that the problem might be something else, and they told me to get used to it. This is the second car I bought from them in less than a year, I also had an issue with the first one, and I ended up fixing it at my own expense, which I am not willing to do again. They have an excellent sales department with friendly and helpful staff, however, the service department seems to not care as much. After my second bad experience, I do not recommend the company to anyone. More
WARNING - Read the fine print on the 30 day refund policy! They sold us an unsafe car, service dept did more damage in trying to fix it. Now irreparable.... they refused to waive the refund 15% "resto policy! They sold us an unsafe car, service dept did more damage in trying to fix it. Proceed with caution when dealing with them. More
I've never purchased a car from this dealer, not for lack of trying. I flip my cars every two years and they are very tempting because they do have a huge inventory but they often leave car ads up online lo of trying. I flip my cars every two years and they are very tempting because they do have a huge inventory but they often leave car ads up online long after they have been sold. They will tell you to call to make sure but after calling once to confirm, I drove over an hour to look at a car that apparently had been sold days before. They basically shrugged and tried to steer me towards something else. 10 days later the car was still listed for sale on the big name car sites. This has now happened to me twice with this dealership. It happened most recently to me just last week and surprise, surprise, the car is still listed online as being for sale, meanwhile it's buried deep in the lot with a sold sticker on it. I drove west back the way I came and bought the same car from another dealer that day. It's a no from me from now on. More
This is the first time that I have be angry enough to go to the effort of writing a review. I don’t expect anything from Car-On. They had their opportunity. I think others should know. I purchased a 2019 to the effort of writing a review. I don’t expect anything from Car-On. They had their opportunity. I think others should know. I purchased a 2019 Q5 from Car-On back in January. We were pleased with the vehicle as well as the sales process. Last week my wife even recommended Car-On as a good place to go to purchase a used vehicle. Everything was great until last week when we went to change over to our summer tires. I generally change the tires myself as they are on rims. To loosen the Lug Bolts I had to use a 2ft breaker bar and then jump on it to get them to break loose. Weighing 200lbs that is over 400ft-lb of Torque. I tried to loosen the 4 locking lugs but could not. Because I did not want to break the lugs or the key I took the vehicle into a tire shop. They were unable to loosen the locking logs either and actually broke one of the lugs. They were great and did not charge me for their efforts. I told them I wanted to take the vehicle back to where I bought it. When I brought the vehicle to Car-On service to ask them to loosen the locking lugs they explained that it would be a straight time job and that it could be costly as they may need to drill out one of the lugs. They also said that they always use a torque wrench when installing lugs. I explained that there was no way that the lugs were ever torqued to the specified torque of 103ft-lb. They had be Torqued well beyond that. They asked me if I wanted the work done. I told them that they had done enough damage and that I did not trust them. It is unbelievable to me that organizations like this will not take responsibility for the quality of their work. We retracted out recommendation to my wife’ colleague and won’t go back. More
