Our first visit to Bramgate Volkswagen was with our daughter and it was just after 9:00 pm, the staff was just about to leave but they helped us for approx. 20 mins and were showing us cars in their lo daughter and it was just after 9:00 pm, the staff was just about to leave but they helped us for approx. 20 mins and were showing us cars in their lot. We were very thankful and our daughter when back the next day to continue our search for a new Jetta. Both Michael and Wayne were there that night. After a couple days, we called up Wayne and ask to do another test drive on a new 2013 Jetta, Wayne was excellent and shared a great deal of information about the car and financing options. The next day, Wayne called us to see how we were doing and followed up to see if we had any further questions. Wayne did not pressure us as he knew that this was an important decision. The next day, we bought the car and also met with Joanne who also did an excellent job informing us about additional items which we added to the car. Joanne was very kind and she wanted to make sure we would be happy with our new car. In short, we had a great experience purchasing our new 2013 Jetta and we would recommend Bramgate Volkswagen to our friends and family. Thank you, Greg and Marla Sanche and our daughter Alyssa. More
