John Ford (Sale Rep) who I dealt with and purchased many cars from is fantastic! and anticipated what my requirements were before even having to communicate them to him (The man is that good). After purchasing a 2011 Golf TDI and being T-boned in Sept, 2013 where the car was written off. Everyone here including the service department went out of there way to help ask and make sure I was alright. The service department even went out of there way and helped me find a buyer to sell my like new winters tire as they would not fit onto my new VW Passat to a customer that was looking for used winters. If that is not customer service! then I'm not sure what is. I could go on forever here about this dealership however I think you all get the point. Don't waste your time looking at other car companies and deal exclusively with Bramgate VW. Extremely well run and great people as well!! More
