Overall I was satisfied with the service. Marco is very attentive, even giving me his cell number and having conversations after hours. Truly exceptional service! The only thing missing is it would have been nice to have been offered a set of winter mats (given that the season is almost here) or a tint service. Something to consider. As busy as she was, I didn't feel rushed and felt she was genuinly interested in me, as a person, rather than simply another file to process. Joanne went above and beyond trying to accommodate a request I had in regards to transferring my anti-rust module from my old car to the Jetta, but unfortunately, the manufacturer of the unit would not carry-over my warranty. I've already been promoting your dealership to my friends hoping to convert them. So glad I got the diesel...it's amazing! More
