After checking out the big three truck guys I finally decided on the Dodge Ram, terribly disappointed in the F150 and felt the GMC's to be way overpriced. So next I checked out three Dodge dealers and decided on Barrie Chrysler Dodge for several reasons. From my first visit to the showroom I felt very comfortable mainly because I wasn't swarmed by aggressive sales people instead I was greeted and told to take my time checking out the massive showroom and if I had any questions to ask anybody. This I found very satisfying as I have purchased many new vehicles over the past 40 years and always hated dealing with some sales staff. So I made an appointment the next day to meet with a sales person after telling them my budget and what I was looking for. Remi Raamat met me on time and had some vehicles ready for my inspection. I had a million questions and Remi's thorough knowledge of the vehicle enabled him to answer them all. Remi made me feel very comfortable and we were able to kibbitz and throw some barbs back and forth. This made it easier when we sat down to talk turkey. The truck I liked was a little over my budget (surprise) but had some options I thought I couldn't afford but Remi .was committed to make it happen. Next we sat down with the sales manager Gary Lyden who is an avid fisherman so we made a connection and were finally able to come to terms on price and trade in value of my vehicle. I also wanted some accessories and had priced out after market parts but Barrie Chrysler offered original Mopar parts installed for the same price. WOW! Next we met Michael Ilavsky from finance who had all the paperwork neatly organized to be signed and fully explained the warranties and other options available to me if I wanted. Deal done, neat and tidy without all the hassles from previous experiences with other dealers. The truck was ready for pick up as promised with the accessories installed and Remi went through all I needed to know about the truck and he even connected my phone for me. Words cannot express how impressed I am with Barrie Chrysler but especially with Remi for his knowledge and good humour that helped this crusty old dog get everything I wanted in a truck. Thanks to Gary for his patience with me. Thanks to Michael for dotting the i's and crossing the t's, and letting me sample the good food at their deli. Thanks to Mark for showing me the service department and explaining the maintenance options. Alrighty then lets go fishing. More

Can’t say enough good things about this dealership We searched the Internet,drove over 150 km. to visit dealership,found great showroom, Staff at the dealership, from the reseptionist to our salespers We searched the Internet,drove over 150 km. to visit dealership,found great showroom, Staff at the dealership, from the reseptionist to our salesperson Michelle were very freandly and knowledgeable. We spent over 2hrs with Michelle then toured the showroom, we spotted the vehicle we liked, went out for lunch, returned an hour or so later and met again with Michelle and Christine in finance to purchase our vehicle. Three days later the dealership sent Dan in a vehicle to our residence, 150 plus km. north of Barrie to pick us up, return to the dealership and pickup our vehicle. Very great experience, and we love our new vechicle. More

Another concern was affordability not only for the vehicle but insurance costs as well and of course we want to have all the bells and whistles! Poor Sarah had to run up and down to the finance office-which she did with a smile on her face and on top of this it was after her work day-to ensure we got the best deal. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and assist us. I would highly recommend Barrie Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for your next vehicle; the staff and service are wonderful. The coffee is not that bad either ;-) More
