Went to just look, walked out with a 2018 Ram! My wife and I just came in for a look, Remi was there to help us and answered every question we asked. Very knowledgeable and friendly, I did not feel My wife and I just came in for a look, Remi was there to help us and answered every question we asked. Very knowledgeable and friendly, I did not feel like we were being taken advantage of at all! Ended up purchasing a 2018 diesel Ram!!! More

Service I brought my vehicle in to Barrie Chrysler as one of the doors would not close in cold weather....so no driving in cold weather. It is only 1 year ol I brought my vehicle in to Barrie Chrysler as one of the doors would not close in cold weather....so no driving in cold weather. It is only 1 year old and under warranty. When I brought it in I was told they would warm it up in the garage and it would be fine. I agreed that this would fix it temporarily, however, as soon as it gets cold it will not close. I was told don’t worry it’s fine! I was called later to pick it up. I asked if they fixed it. They said they had warmed it up and lubricated it. I told them that I had already done that and it keeps happening. I was assured that nothing was wrong and it was fixed. I picked it up and by the time I drove it home it would not close again. I called them back and they could not get me in until the following week. So I had to take time off work for them to do nothing and now they wanted to to bring it back again. No thanks. Listen the first time when I am telling you what’s wrong and what I have tried already. More

Great service Went in to do a quick test drive and Gary showed us a loaded demo on the floor and gave us excellent service and a fair price. When picking it up he even took the time to clean our old plate covers and transferred them to our silverado to our new Ram. Planned on shopping in toronto but pleased a local dealership was able to give us a deal we were looking for. More
