I sat down with my boyfriend during the negotiation and I asked if the tires were on the rims. The little "yes" man that Jason is said they were on the rims. I specifically asked this question. I take my vehicle home and when I try to install my snow tires, I find out they are NOT on the rim. When I called about getting the rims the sales manager basically called me liar and said that he was there and heard Jason tell me this. At no time was there 4 people in the cubical during the negotiation. Scot called me a liar on the phone when I know in fact he never heard what was discussed. All of these people at this dealership are complete liars and the most dishonest people I have ever encountered. More

Would never buy another Chrysler product because of the poor service!!! If you make an 'appointment' for say 9:30am your vehicle will not get looked at until 11:15am. Service techs are swamped, not knowledgeable in diesel engines, have know idea on what the maintenance schedules for certain vehicles are, etc, etc. No wifi in waiting area for your day long appt. Just brutal. We have 2 other vehicles, a Hyundai and a Mazda, both had service appts the same week and we were out in less than an hour!! More
Too Bad I personally have had two bad customer service problems here. One as Centennial and one as the ew Barrie Chrysler. This is the second largest purch I personally have had two bad customer service problems here. One as Centennial and one as the ew Barrie Chrysler. This is the second largest purchase of your life. The salespeople seem like they don't want to be here, leave you sitting while listening to crickets, are very unknowledgeable, and cranky. Another friend was looking at the Dart. Was ridiculed and left to hang at the front door. They waited 15 minutes and left, to go to another dealer. Apparently, the same owner owns Barrie Ford. I, my wife and our close friends will never step foot in the showroom again. Too bad. Happy to give my business to another dealer who actually respects you. More
