Mark Samson Saves the Day! I had a problem with my 2010 dodge Grand Caravan. A coolant line ruptured to my radiator which required some work to be done. I had it taken to anot I had a problem with my 2010 dodge Grand Caravan. A coolant line ruptured to my radiator which required some work to be done. I had it taken to another place first where it was diagnosed and a price quoted to me. I wasn't happy to hear the price they quoted me to say the least. I called the Dodge dealership off Dunlop St. and got a hold of a guy by the name of Mark Samson, I believe. I told him what I needed done based on the other guys diagnoses. He told me he could have my van in the shop the coming Wednesday, and since it was Thursday I wasn't too pleased to wait almost a whole week but he quoted me a much lower price so I didn't mind too much. I asked him if I could leave my van at there shop on the chance an appointment opened up sooner. So, later Thursday afternoon Mark calls me and says something like, "Hey Matt, It's Mark from ...., I'm watching your van be brought into the shop now." I was so happy! Meaning I was pleased about the expedited service to my vehicle. Mark told me it wouldn't be done that day, but he would keep me informed about the progress made on it. And you know what, he actually did! He did what he said he was gonna do. Mark treated me like a person and he understood I needed my vehicle for work and family stuff. My Van ended up being ready for pick up Saturday afternoon. Oh I forgot to mention that Mark and the team diagnosed my van differently then the first guy. Apparently I didn't need another part I was told I needed which would have costed me an additional +$300.00. So Mark saved me close to $400 and just fixed what needed fixing. I appreciate that honesty and thoroughness! All said and done I am pleased with the diagnoses of my vehicle, the work done on it, the timely manner in which it was completed and the great customer service of Mark Samson! Thanks Again!! More
