So I will give them 4 stars and will recommend them in good faith Thank you Barrie Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for stepping up and making this right. I had my Ram Rebel in for servicing Thursday 19 April on the peace-of-mind maintenance service . when the tech was rotating my tires and checking my brakes he recommended that I get the Brake Maintenance service done also as there was a lot of corrosion on the rotors. Because I was getting it done in conjunction with the peace- of-mind I could have this done for a cost of $79.95 per axle which is advertised in my service flier that I recd periodically from the Company. Brake service includes * Clean debris and corrosion from brake system * lubricate brake hardware and adjust brake linings * visual inspection of sensors and tone rings * Road Test and report * Manufacturer Check . No where does it say that I have to pay for Parts used to this Maint. But when I got my Bill I was charged and Additional $42.80 for parts . Went back to talk about this additional charge the service manger did not even come out to talk to me about this over site. However the Service advisor had to deliver the bad news that because it was a special the parts are not covered well no where did it say that there would be a charge for Parts. Well I was thinking of going to trade up to a RAM 2500 Power Wagon not now and definitely not at the dealership and by the way I used to always praised up this dealership. Not anymore! now to find another worthy Dealership to give my hard earned money too. Be very aware. PS: I was also supposed to get a set of Free MOPAR-Branded Mugs with the purchase of any eligible service well that did not happen either imagine that. More
