Unfortunately Shelby wasn't available the day I picked up my vehicle, however Chris Hanson showed me everything I needed to know about my caravan. Phone call saviour! A long story but here it goes....I am from Owen Sound and deal with our local Fox Chrysler here....the other day I was in business in Barrie till 7pm, A long story but here it goes....I am from Owen Sound and deal with our local Fox Chrysler here....the other day I was in business in Barrie till 7pm, when I went to get into my vehicle the key fob battery had died. I was in a parking lot with nobody around to help me. I phoned the Roadside assistance that comes with my vehicle and they said it would be 2-3 hours before they could send someone. And even then they couldn't guarantee they could help me. I decided to phone the local dealership on the off chance they would have the battery I needed and I could pay for it to be delivered to me. But instead I got the Service Manager and he walked me through the process of getting into and starting my vehicle with a dead keyfob! He saved the day for me as I had been working over there since 8:30 AM and still had a 2 hour drive to get home. Not many people would have taken the time to do this and I am very grateful for the outstanding customer service provided to someone that had never stepped foot in that dealership. I believe it says something about the value they put on every Jeep owner as well as the character of the individual that helped me out. More
