Very Satisfied with my experience today The whole experince started yesterday with my RAM, I brought it into a independent car detailer to have it cleaned. From there it broke down and the The whole experince started yesterday with my RAM, I brought it into a independent car detailer to have it cleaned. From there it broke down and the shifter service light came on the dash. I had to call for raodside to now tow it to the dealer for them to look at. i received a call from Marc Samson my service advisor to say that the truck arrived and would be looked at in the morning. I talked to Marc int he a.m. and thats when the bad news came that the shifter control module,and would take 2 weeks to come in. Then panic set in! 2 weeks with out my truck, I do reno's and with out a truck leaves my useless. On top of that I am a Scout leader for a local scouting group and were 2 days away from going on a week long camp, which I needed my truck to tow our trailer with equipment. Marc said he was gonna talk to his manager about a rental for the 2 weeks, I was very skeptical that it would be something I could tow with though. I did not hear from Marc for a while till I went down to get some stuff out of my truck and said that they have the part to fix my truck, and that it would be done in about an hour. What a relief, panic lifted from me and my fellow Scout Leaders that I was back on the road. It was greatly appreciated, going to a dealer for service has over the years got a bad rap, but for this experience it is looking like a turn for the better. Thank you Marc, you have done a great job and for the hidden hero's that did the swap, I tip my hat to you all!!!!!! The shifter knob is different then what it was I swear!!!!! More
