Mac Cameron Highly recommend using Mackenzie “Mac” Cameron. I would not have purchased from here without him! He did his homework, put up with my indecisivenes Highly recommend using Mackenzie “Mac” Cameron. I would not have purchased from here without him! He did his homework, put up with my indecisiveness (and I am talking months of changing my mind), he actually drove and met me at another dealership so I could test drive a vehicle (the vehicle I thought I wanted and he hunted it down). Turns out I probably drove 6 different vehicles and in the end he guided me to exactly what I wanted, no compromises made. He never pestered me and he went above and beyond! I will buy from him again!!!! I have had a not so great relationship with the dealership and service department, but I understand there are several changes and I have seen some improvements. New sales manager was nice to deal with as well. Before you go looking anywhere, even if it’s not Dodge/Chrysler you are interested in, I recommend talking to Mac. He gets 10 stars!!! Unfortunately, my past experiences with service department and the warranty business have left me quite bitter with FCA and this dealership as a whole, hence the 3 stars. I actually would have probably walked away had it not been for Mac. I wish they had a customer service/sales rep rating only! I am very specific and pay attention to detail, upon pick up of my brand new truck there were some details that needed addressed and Mac also assisted in getting it fixed promptly. I’ve even touched base after my purchase about some minor general questions and he didn’t pass me off to the service department and had an answer within a few hours. I’ve already had to bring my new truck in for recall work but Nykyta was very pleasant and helpful and accommodating. So things appear to be changing for the better in service as well! I hope they value Mac and his effort because if he leaves I’ll follow him for my next purchase. Thanks Mac! More
