The reception and attention to detailed provided by James and Scott was the ultimate experience, we felt like family not like a customer at all. Scott went over every detail of the new truck and covered the features that this great truck offers ensuring that we understood it all. He sync’d our phones, guided us through the remote features and even help wiped off the dust and shined the tires for us. James ensured every detail was taken of and made sure the whole Chrysler team looked after us. This is the place to get a new car or truck especially if you want to feel like family and not just another customer. More
Disappointed with the integrity of service offered I have left several messages for the service manager to discuss the recent work on my Jeep. Each time I have respectfully asked that he contact me and I have left several messages for the service manager to discuss the recent work on my Jeep. Each time I have respectfully asked that he contact me and I am yet to hear back. I was having trouble with my Jeep (2016). It was only starting intermittently, when I brought it in they assured me I needed a brand new starter (which I questioned at the time) and this would fix the problem....it didn’t. When I returned it they discovered it was a loose wire but still insist on charging me for a starter that I clearly did not need. I have tried to speak with the Jerry regarding this but he will not return a phone call! Unfortunately this speaks to the integrity and customer respect of this service department. Due to this I will not nor will I recommend purchasing anything from this dealership. More

Service and repairs is very poor in customer relations, will not ever return to this dealership to have my vehicles serviced. Will not repair damage caused during servicing. Was in for a recall last week and noted scuffs, scratches and small gouges on the center part of my steering wheel that had appeared after the last re Was in for a recall last week and noted scuffs, scratches and small gouges on the center part of my steering wheel that had appeared after the last recall was completed. Jerry came out and looked at it, scratched at some of it with his fingernail and said he'd have his guy from Auto Trim (?) take a look at it. When the recall work was completed I inquired about the damage again and was told he (Jerry) would call me. A week later (today) I came into the service area to inquire again since I hadn't yet received the promised call. The lady went to speak to Jerry, returned and told me it wasn't a warranty item, but she could make me an appointment at Auto Trim. I told her that I am not prepared to pay for damage created while my vehicle was being serviced. I do not expect my vehicle to be damaged while receiving service. I do not expect to have to foot the bill to repair such damage. I expect the promise of a phone call should have been fulfilled. I would have expected Jerry to illustrate some customer service by taking a moment to speak with me since i took the time to stop by after not receiving his phone call. I've been the owner of only Dodge vehicles since my first vehicle. I am BEYOND disappointed! More
