My appointment was miss scheduled but it didn’t slow this team down and I was helped instantly still. Shelby was the sales member to help me out and she went straight to work getting me a good deal on my trade. I was on the fence still about trading but she listened to what I was interested in and had good conversation, asking the right questions she then showed me a new Jeep Wrangler JL. Even after being a little difficult trying to find a Jeep with different colour interior, she was able to get me a good deal on the Jeep already at the dealership. After sitting with Patricia working out the financing who was great to deal with also I was able to pick my new Jeep up in three days. Emailing the two of them asking questions leading up to getting the Jeep, both were quick to respond with the answers I was looking for. My entire experience at Barrie Chrysler and with the two women I dealt with was amazing. I am a very happy new Jeep owner and I am confident if I have any questions both are there to answer them. I have also dealt with the service team in the past and am confident in always going back to them for any and all service work. More

Amazing Service! I came into Barrie Chrysler not having stepped into a dealership for over ten years. I was hesitant to purchase a new vehicle and was attending to jus I came into Barrie Chrysler not having stepped into a dealership for over ten years. I was hesitant to purchase a new vehicle and was attending to just weigh my options. I met with Shelby Johnston who was more than patient with all of my questions. Shelby took the time to go through the inventory with me and discuss what would be appropriate for my budget. I felt more than comfortable with her and believed she had my best interests in mind. I decided on a Grand Cherokee (which with Shelby’s help, along with GM James Ellis, was able to get all the way from Sudbury for me because I was persistent on a colour!) and couldn’t be happier with my decision. I met with financial manager Chad Rose who took the time to explained everything to me ensuring I was comfortable which made me even more confident in my decision. It’s obvious at Barrie Chrysler that professionalism and satisfaction is held at the highest regard as GM James Ellis took the time out of his busy schedule just to assist in getting me exactly what I wanted. I would (and have) recommended this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle who wants to leave feeling confident in their decision (which, let’s face it, is everyone!)
