We have been Hyundai customers for 6 Hyundai vehicles in 4 years, not from this dealership, but because of the product. Our experience at Autovalue was extremely gratifying due to the customer service and the willingness of the sales people to insure we received the best value in our intended purchase, AutoValue stepped up to the task. Lucia chatted with me when I went to her dealership for engine oil change for my Elantra a year ago. She has been sending greeting emails ever since so I automatically thought of her. When we went to check on vehicles, she was very nice. She answered our questions with great details and patience. We eventually decided to go for a new vehicle and we are very happy about it. Through out the process, she never pushed us. We really enjoyed working with her and we will definitely recommend her to our friends. More
Having checked other dealerships over a week of looking at various models. Ford, GM, Honda,Toyota, Kia. Had a quick look at Hyundai on my way to check V/W who were giving deals on 2013 models. Got a written estimate on the model I wanted, it was in stock & I was offered $ 3000 for trade in but it was only good until the Saturday. Back to Hyundai Friday where I was met by Ryan Billings (R2). Went for test drive with him in a blue Elantra GTS. He explained the various models & upgrades that he had available. He advised me regarding my preconceived idea of a 4 year lease & the advantage of buying over several periods. Matt Thompson & Ian Paszkat agreed with him that buying was to my advantage, not pushy but looking for a deal that night on what I thought I wanted. Still unsure. Agreed to come back on the following day, Saturday - as make my mind up day. Matt had already approved to accept R2's matching 3K deal on trade in. I went back to V/W, Saturday AM, then decided on another look at Hyundai. R2 was patient & said that if I made up my mind and shook on the deal that night, he would agree to a couple of things that I wanted. Matt & Ian again approved. Matt wanted that "handshake" & I would only agree if he got me the car in WHITE, not the blue I had tested, none in stock. They said it would be on the lot in a week, so I agreed & finally shook hands all round. I got the white car a week later as promised. Rick Di Stefano was very helpful with the purchase details. I am happy with my new car. Thanks to all concerned especially Ryan Billings for his patience. Matt & Ian were a great help. More

I was introduced to Mike who again was very accomodating, easy going and helpful. He brought out a Sante Fe and Sonata for me to take out on a run allowing me to form my own opinions of the two, while offering his valued perspective and insight without the pressure. The financial end of things ran smoothly and painlessly thanks to Rick and his knowledge, efficiency and stress free approach. I would recommend this particular location if you are looking for the whole package ( quality, service , experienced friendly staff ) without the stereotypical pitches and approach. More

Mike Cernick was our sales man who made the whole buying experience quite easy and pleasant. From the point he approached us in their yard to see if we needed help or information to calling us after the sa experience quite easy and pleasant. Amello Paperelli, the general manager did what he had to do to made the numbers work and then found us the color of vehicle we wanted even though they didn't have it in stock. Adele Burton of finance dept. was extremely thorough with all the paperwork and explanations for financing. Over all an excellent experience at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend AutoValue Hyundia as a place to shop. More
I needed a car quickly as mine had been written off in an accident a few days prior. We already own a Hyundai so were aware of the reliabiltiy ,value etc. but that is my husband's car and I had not been in t accident a few days prior. I knew what I wanted and Lucia was very helpful in getting me what I needed-and quickly. When I couldn't get the exact model and colour I wanted I was offered an upgrade at a more than fair price. The loyalty bonus and extras could not be matched at any other dealership. Lucia is very professional and helpful without being too pushy. Thank you Auto Value Team. More
