I just drove away in my brand new 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS last night and it was the best ride home ever!!! I love Hyundai! I traded in my Hyundai Accent which I also purchased at AutoValue Hyundai. These are the best cars on the market and I could never switch to another make when I always drive away so happy. The exceptional customer service that I received during my experience at AutoValue was amazing. R2 was such a great help and greeted me as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. With a big smile on his face, he attended to my needs and gave me many great recommendations. I made up my mind and decided that the Elantra was in my budget and for the beautiful car that it is, its the one I chose. I have walked into many dealerships and the sales guys are just so pushy; makes you not want to buy a car from them. R2 was awesome!!! I recommend anyone to go see him when looking for a car. He went over the car with me in detail before I even made a deal to make sure I was confortable with it. He introduced me to his co-workers as well as service personel at the desk. I received such amazing treatment. That says alot about where you buy your car from. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly including the managers. They all greeted me with a smile :) I can't be happier with the choice I made and I know 100% that when I go to make my next vehicle purchase it will be at AutoValue Hyundai!!! I was in need of a gas efficient vehicle, a third vehicle for my business use, and guess what? I was working with VW to get a Jetta, and was about to make a deal when VW customer service representative got s for my business use, and guess what? I was working with VW to get a Jetta, and was about to make a deal when VW customer service representative got stuck in her papers and did not answer for couple of days. Meanwhile, for the first time I visited Hyundai and met Lucia and Matt Thompson. Lucia was nice to talk with, and a good saleswoman who showed me around and keenly worked over me with different offers, but Matt!!!!!! He was outstanding. Such a good personality and such a polite person!!! You cannot get away. Therefore, I got the deal……. right there and then. It was a wonderful deal, just due to their great salesmanship. I was there ….. just to see the difference between VW and its competitors, and ended up with a deal. Just within one day!!! Trust me; you cannot overlook such a good team.
