I went in to have weather stripping on driver's door to be replaced, the work was done quickly. I asked about a cup holder insert that was I was missing. We went to Autovalue Hyundai Niagara Falls to have our 2007 Sonata serviced. The service department is very friendly and extremely efficient. Mike was very knowledgeable & helped us immensely to make our decision. Mike was very easy to deal with - immediately putting us at ease and making us very comfortable. We did not come into Hyundai that day intending to purchase a new car! We were happy with our very reliable 2007 Sonata but we couldn't resist the upgrades available on the 2013 Sonatas. We left with a signed deal that we were comfortable with & picked up our new car just two days later. Mike is an excellent salesperson and the best we have ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. He could not have been more patient (we took up approximately four hours of his time!) and he did his utmost to bring the best deal to the table which was fair to all involved. We went to get an oil change on our 2011 Santa Fe, and were so impressed with the 2014 model, we ended trading up. Ryan, our sales rep was excellent.
