From the moment my husband and I stepped foot on the lot, we had an amazing experience. We were greeted by Ryan who took his time to show us the right car for us, and took a couple for test drives. We ended up purchasing the 2014 Santa Fe and we could not be happier! The whole staff there is friendly and makes the experience very pleasant. I went in with a friend who had recently purchased a car from Ryan. He spent the time I needed to go over what my needs were, what vehicle suited me best and took us out for a couple of different test driv from Ryan. Ian was helpful during the process and I am greatful for his extra attention to what I wanted. Cindy was awesome. She made sure that everything worked out for me. Worst experience with any sort of customer service... Super nice until you decide not to take the vehicle and then they tell you that you can't have your deposit back as you did not provide any stipulati Super nice until you decide not to take the vehicle and then they tell you that you can't have your deposit back as you did not provide any stipulations. As well they went ahead and registered a car in my name without having any of the financial paperwork filled out as well as my banking information. All in order to have a sale... I am still waiting on a response from the manager regarding my deposit. Makes the whole thing look shady as well as poor customer service. More

This is my experience in having to buy a used or new car to replace my 2003 Sunfire with 240 thousand KMs that died and the cost of repairs matched the value of the Sunfire. Cost me $60.00 to tow Sunfire to replace my 2003 Sunfire with 240 thousand KMs that died and the cost of repairs matched the value of the Sunfire. Cost me $60.00 to tow Sunfire 3 KMs in the cold blowing snow! The interest rates on buying used cars is high. The history of repairs on a used car is a mystery at best You can buy a new car with warranty cheaper than a used car with little or no warranty. I shopped all the car dealer websites and reviews first. My wife and I went to AutoValue Hyundai Niagara Falls and met Joe Scozzafava. Joe worked hard getting us a great deal on a basic Elantra L 2013 but I really liked the 2013 Elantra GL. I felt Joe, was on my side just as much if not more as the dealership wants to just move a car trying to juggle price, payments and everything around so I could get the GL. Joe also communicated my position with Mat and Lisa effectively resulting in a irresistible great deal on New Elantra GL with 64 KM on it. Joe says "Hey if you two are out and about don't forget to stop in anytime for coffee". (That's cool) They charged me a dollar for 8 YEAR 160,000 Warranty and CAA roadside for 8 years. (love it). After a very informative afternoon, he suggested that we think things over and if we remained interested, he would be happy to help us out. This Feb., we went back to the dealership, hoping to deal with Mike again. He was there, and actually remembered us from our previous visit. We revisited our thoughts on purchasing a new vehicle and with his guidance and expertise, we purchased a 2014 Tuscon. He was very thorough and considerate of our needs. I would highly recommend him to any one. More
