My experience at this dealership as a first time car owner was incredible. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My sales representative Joe, helped me find the car I was looking for. He made me feel comfortable and centered around my wants and needs. He introduced me to other employees which I really thought was helpful for future visits. He also took the time and went through things so I understood them clearly. What I thought was going to be a stressful experience was made an enjoyable one thanks to Joe Scozzafava as well as Jaqui O'Shannahan who helped me through the financing area. Both employees were great I would recommend them to anyone especially first time car owners. I am 100% satisfied with my car and with the experience. More

Autovalue Hyundai saved our vacation! After just Autovalue Hyundai saved our vacation! After just having our Corolla in for service, and being told that everything was good, we were ready for o Autovalue Hyundai saved our vacation! After just having our Corolla in for service, and being told that everything was good, we were ready for our vacation to the Falls and then into the USA after our sons 2 day hockey tournament. After grabbing breakfast that morning and heading to the rink for the first game we blew the oil sensor and proceeded to seize the engine due to no lights coming on. We quickly called the coach to get our son to the game and got the car towed to the nearest mechanic. While the car was getting looked at another dad got our son to the game. Then came the bad news...the engine was dead. We had two options - spend a good chunk of money on fixing the car or purchase a new one. With already planning on purchasing a new car later in the year, the plan was sped up and we were on our way to a new car. Once arriving on the Autovalue lot, we took a glance around at what they had. We found what we wanted and walked into the dealership looking for some help. Once inside we were approached by the sales manager and asked what they could do for us. I told him our story and then said "I want that Tuscon out in the lot, and I need to drive away with it today!" His answer was quick "No problem, we can do that for you." He called over for a sales consultant and Michael quickly came to take us for a test drive and showed us all the great features in the truck - we were sold! What happened next blew us away - they did everything. We told them the numbers we could afford, and they fit it all together, even giving us good value for a Corolla with a dead engine. Once we had the deal squared away, the GM came over and offered us a car for the day so that we could get to our sons next 2 games! While we were at the rink they did everything - licencing, insurance and even had the old car towed over so that we could get our belongings from it. We really appreciated everything they did for us and couldn't thank them enough. Michael told us that they want to treat everyone that came in the doors like family and we are glad they did. We are now part of their family and they saved our vacation! I just wish they were closer to London as I'd like to take the car for service work there, but a 2 hour drive for an oil change seems a bit much... More

I had a problem with my car while traveling through the area of Niagara Falls and I had to get my car towed to AutoValue Hyundai. Even though this was a huge inconvenience for me the level of service I rec area of Niagara Falls and I had to get my car towed to AutoValue Hyundai. Even though this was a huge inconvenience for me the level of service I received from Karen Fitzgerald at the dealership was incredible. Even though I suspect the issue with the vehicle was warranty related I still was impressed with the service. I have heard from many people how dealerships take advantage of out of town people ot people in this type of situation because they're stranded. They did not charge me anything for the work that they did and even washed my car. Even though I do not live near this location I do highly recommend that you purchase your vehicle from this location and have your vehicle serviced there. Make sure you go to Karen. I will recommend AuoValue Hyundai to my family and friends who do live in the area. Companies like this do realize the impact of making one person happy can lead to many benefits relative to making one person upset and can be very negative for future business.
