Awful Experience. Please DO NOT buy here. Reasons why I have given a 1 star rating are as follows: - PREVIOUS OWNERS INFORMATION IN GLOVE COMPARTMENT. Yup, ALL OF HER INFO. (Including her p Reasons why I have given a 1 star rating are as follows: - PREVIOUS OWNERS INFORMATION IN GLOVE COMPARTMENT. Yup, ALL OF HER INFO. (Including her previous finance agreement from John Bear with her VERY private information) - GLASS IN THE TRUNK. Guess detailing a trade in is a waste of time? - Asked the Finance Manager what the sign out front was that says no payments for (x) amount of months. He said it was too late since I had already signed the loan etc and that I should have mentioned that. Which may be true.. BUT WOULDN'T IT HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW ?! - Asked for ANY incentives and told the car was being sold at rock bottom price. Would not even give an oil change ( Which I understand.. now this would have been a good time to mention the no payments for (x) months). - Neglected to mention that the previous owner had put in aftermarket heated seats. ( No complaints here.. but seriously did you even drive this vehicle to test it?) - Used a drill to put new plates on.. stripped the threading. Please put new plates on by hand. - ALIGNMENT WAS WAYYY OFF!!!! I DROVE OFF THE LOT SLANTED. BROUGHT IT BACK AND THEY RECTIFIED THE ISSUE.... WHO TEST DROVE THIS THING?! In summary, While the workers are friendly (for the most part) it appears that the dealership does not care about the trade in vehicles they sell or the customers purchasing them. More
