Even after we received our new Sonata he called to make sure we were happy with the car we choose. I was so happy I took a picture of the car and posted it to my Facebook account and told my friends to go to the Niagara Falls Hyundai Dealership and see Mark if they were in the market for a new car! Service staff Tina in service was exceptional with her knowledge and customer service. The lady at the desk Tina Kennedy had other customers and as I watched her working I found it very refreshing to see someone busy working that actually seemed to be enjoying her job and the customers... (A rare and impressive thing these days) When it came my turn not only did she help me with my fab issue but she found I had a recall on my car.. I got the work done the next day and again she went above and beyond for me.. I would highly recommend and go back to this place for future work just based on the great service and the personable staff. More
