On one ocaision I had to rent a vehicle for a business trip and ended up with a Santa Fe. I was totally impressed by the vehicle and decided I would try one for my next vehicle. Four years in, and now out of warranty, I still take my vehicle to be serviced at this dealership. I trust and believe in them and Sheri is fantastic to deal with. She really puts customers first. More

Lack of Service and Non-Existent Service Manager I have a 2015 Genesis (which I love!). I have had dealer service performed by AutoValue 5-6 times in the past and have been reasonably satisfied befor I have a 2015 Genesis (which I love!). I have had dealer service performed by AutoValue 5-6 times in the past and have been reasonably satisfied before. This time was different. I booked a simple oil change (service 1) on-line a week in advance for the first available time of the day 8 am. I arrived a few minutes before and was promptly booked in. When I noticed that my car had not been taken into a service bay at 8:25, I brought this to the attention of the service advisor. Her attitude was - we'll get to it when we can and go enjoy our (terrible) coffee. Basically, dismissing me. When I asked to see the service manager, she went to speak to him in the glass office. He told her that he was busy writing a report but would see me in a few minutes. When my car was not ready at 9 am and the service manager had not come out, I asked to see the general manager who is either non existent or not available. I did finally vent to the sales manager who was a lot more understanding and agreed to pass on my message to the service manager. I finally got my car back at 9:15 from a new service advisor (I guess the other one was too embarrassed by the service manager who had gone AWOL). She explained that you could get service appointments for 7 am by calling up whereas the computer booking service only booked from 8 am. Someone else's work had gone over the time allotted and that's why I had to wait an extra half hour. I never did speak to the service manager. I guess reports are more important than customers We have a second car which is off warranty and we are spoiled by these rapid lube places that get you out in 15-30 minutes. But it's not asking too much that if I have the first appointment of the day, my car not sit there for half an hour. If I want to maintain my warranty, I am a hostage to this sort of behaviour (especially the non-responsive and downright rude service manager). Luckily, there are 6 Hyundai dealers within a 45 minutes drive of me. I will not be returning to AutoValue. This may have been only an oil change but the one in 3 months is a Service 4 ($380+) plus required recall work. Their slogan on their door is something like - we treat you like family - I'd hate to be in their family!! More

He was extremely knowledgeable, and treated me like I was family, as did the rest of the place. They did my oil change, my alignment, service maintenance, etc. Bottom line? This place is AWESOME! Will definitely continue to do business with them for years to come. More

Amazing and quick customer service I went in looking for a 2015 elantra because I thought the 2016 was out of my range. I dealt with Joe who was extremely friendly and vey informative.
