Stephanie was very accommodating and was totally focused on making sure that the product was going to meet my needs. She was very professional and friendly. I went to many dealerships before visiting Lexus. However, Stephanie and her staff put me at ease and I felt very comfortable making a deal to purchase there. It is definitely a dealership where you will not feel like a number and an ends to a means, but where you get treated with respect and they make sure you are truly happy with the product.
