I had my 2016 Equinox serviced on April 21, 2026 at Sherwood Park Chevrolet and had an excellent service call even though it was expensive. My advisor Sandra who is very professional in her position kept me well informed about the status of my car and made sure my vehicle was serviced great and in a very timely manner. Faith was fantastic making sure I had a ride back home after dropping the vehicle off. Thanking her for the great service. In addition to the servicing, when I went in to pick up the car my interactions with the Guest Services Specialist Lynn was great. She quickly got all my paperwork in order along with my keys and sent me on my way and jokingly put the amount I had to pay into great perspective. Great interactions with everyone I came into contact with. Would definitely recommend getting your vehicle serviced at Sherwood Park Chevrolet More

Had my truck in for a service on June 10 and could not have been happier with the service and dealing with Sandra. Went over things before hand, acknowledged one of my concerns but coming to the truck to have been happier with the service and dealing with Sandra. Went over things before hand, acknowledged one of my concerns but coming to the truck to look at it and added it to the work order (will be covered by warranty). Order me a ride very quickly and kept me in the loop with the status of the vehicle during the day. Informed me when it was ready and offered another ride to get it (which I declined). Very happy with the service! More

Friendly and very polite staff. Unfortunately they could not duplicate my intermittent issue so my issue was not resolved. Will take pictures when it happens again and return again.
