I had my 2016 Equinox serviced on April 21, 2026 at Sherwood Park Chevrolet and had an excellent service call even though it was expensive. My advisor Sandra who is very professional in her position k Sherwood Park Chevrolet and had an excellent service call even though it was expensive. My advisor Sandra who is very professional in her position kept me well informed about the status of my car and made sure my vehicle was serviced great and in a very timely manner. Faith was fantastic making sure I had a ride back home after dropping the vehicle off. Thanking her for the great service. In addition to the servicing, when I went in to pick up the car my interactions with the Guest Services Specialist Lynn was great. She quickly got all my paperwork in order along with my keys and sent me on my way and jokingly put the amount I had to pay into great perspective. Great interactions with everyone I came into contact with. Would definitely recommend getting your vehicle serviced at Sherwood Park Chevrolet More

I was sold an absolute lemon, then promised the service department would help me out (they did not) the vehicle i bought needs a whole new engine and I'm sure they new about this because the old codes on i department would help me out (they did not) the vehicle i bought needs a whole new engine and I'm sure they new about this because the old codes on it were there when they would have had it. On top of that the day I bought it I had to take it back as the sun roof would not closed. It eats oil like no tomorrow, the passenger side doors both jammed and the dealership reluctantly fixed those. The more people I talk to the more I see what a terrible business this is.they have refused to do anything to help with this fiasco of a vehicle. I've tried and tried to get help from them and they refuse. I have had this vehicle about 9 months. They wouldn't take it back even within the first 2 weeks. They lied about how the financing works and the warranty. Really terrible experience. More

Went in for some mileage flushes, alignment and tire swap. Faith, who had her first day of work that day, got me all checked in and kept up with notifications through the day on the status. Everything seems to have been done on the vehicle as well as a minor repair and a rock chip repair in the windshield so now I don't have to go hunting for someplace different to do that. More
