I had my 2016 Equinox serviced on April 21, 2026 at Sherwood Park Chevrolet and had an excellent service call even though it was expensive. My advisor Sandra who is very professional in her position kept me well informed about the status of my car and made sure my vehicle was serviced great and in a very timely manner. Faith was fantastic making sure I had a ride back home after dropping the vehicle off. Thanking her for the great service. In addition to the servicing, when I went in to pick up the car my interactions with the Guest Services Specialist Lynn was great. She quickly got all my paperwork in order along with my keys and sent me on my way and jokingly put the amount I had to pay into great perspective.
