Came in to get my tires changed over for my 11:30 am appointment. Just before 1pm, I asked about my can and the lady says it could take up to an hour and half. After and hour and have she comes in and I appointment. Just before 1pm, I asked about my can and the lady says it could take up to an hour and half. After and hour and have she comes in and I asking where it is again and then goes on to say it could take an hour and half to 2 hours. One lie after another. I am furious and asked why the lies tell the truth. I have never waited over an hour and half for tire changeover in my life. The she says she will get the service manager for me, I follow her to the counter and ask the guy who is the service manager and could I speak to him the the lady comes over with the service managers card and says she is not in on Saturdays, another lie! 2 hours later and finally gets my car back. Very poor customer service! More

Worst Customer Service Ever!
